The Captain::

Episode four

AGAIN AGAIN

Opening shot: The police interrogation room.

Detective Rom and Sergeant Lee are interviewing the Lead perpetrator from the armored truck vehicle. They all sit at the table. The door swishes up into its frame and the Captain walks inside the interview room.

The perp’ stands up abruptly and proclaims his rights.

LEAD PERPETRATOR:

I want my lawyer now! What are you guys deaf?

Captain Faust walks over to the criminal.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

You want your lawyer huh?

The Captain drops his shoulders a bit and kinds of slumps. Then he begins turning slowly away to the right from the lead perpetrator but suddenly and without warning snaps in reverse and hauls off and slaps the shit out of the perpetrator.

The lead perpetrator falls sideways and hits the corner of the table goes past it and lands against the bolted down swivel chair. The perps guts and bottom of his rib cage rest on the seat as he gathers himself. He rubs at the severe bruise on his left cheek. His nose is bleeding and his left eye swells.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

You need another consultation?

DETECTIVE ROM:

We’ll start again. Who’s behind these recent attacks on Command Essential officers? Huh?

No answer.

—-Detective Rom looks at the captain who becomes enraged. Captain Faust goes at him grabs him by the shoulders and lifts him to his feet and head-butts him like a ram. The perpetrator drops to his behind. The captain picks him up from the floor by the fabric around his upper chest area. He shoves him into the table, and he lays flat on top of it. The perpetrator is nearly unconscious.

Sergeant Lee gets up and walks to the far corner facing the table.

SERGEANT LEE:

Tearing yo’ ass up.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

I have about no patience for this. We have ways to make you talk. No tech no drugs involved. Old school.

Detective, Lee, hand cuff him and remove his shoes.

They grab the criminal and remove him from the table. Sergeant Lee and Detective Rom walk him to the wall holds him there and hand cuffs him from behind.. Sergeant Lee grabs hold of the cuffs and the prep follows his lead. They stop him in the open area of the room bring him down to his knees and then ever so gently lowers him on to his stomach.

SERGEANT LEE:

Now is the time to talk bruh. We caught you in the act of assassination. Those vehicles were modified to do damage. Kill people. We got you dead to rights. What’s the point of holding out?

LEAD PERPETRATOR:

They’ll kill me!

SERGEANT LEE:

(In his usual caring but maybe slightly angry voice.) Who will kill you?

CAPTAIN FAUST:

(The Captain snaps his fingers.) Hey! Rom his shoes.

SERGEANT LEE:

Hmm? Okay. I tried.

Detective Rom pulls off the perp’s second shoe and snatches off his other sock and drops his foot. It hits the floor. Captain Faust walks over to his feet. The other two officers, Sergeant Lee and Detective Rom are in squat position. They cup his arm pits and hold him at the shoulders. With the use of his own feet Captain Faust places the toes of his right service boot on to the lead perpetrator’s right Achilles tendon and pushes downward on a left angle. This causes the perp to turn his foot with his toes facing away from his left foot. The Captain then stands on the side of that right foot with all of his weight. The bottom of the perpetrator’s foot is nearly touching the floor. The perp cringes. A full minute goes by in silence. The perpetrator begins flinching and moving his legs. The Captain loses his balance but bends and then grabs at the perpetrator’s ankle. He places it on the ground and stands on it again. Another full minute goes by…

LEAD PERPETRATOR:

(Struggling voice.) Okay…AHHH!

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Okay what? I didn’t ask you anything.

LEAD PERPETRATOR:

I’ll talk. I’ll talk.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

No.

We’re beyond that. Now shut up.

The Captain continues standing on the perpetrator’s foot for another five minutes thirty two seconds by which the perp begins to cry.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

You’re a ‘biiitcchhh!‘

Shooting at people.

I thought you were a tough guy.

The Captain bounces down hard on the side of the perpetrator’s foot by which the perp screeches. The Captain gets off his foot.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Get him up!

—-The Captain wears his black form fitting flexible official policemen’s uniform with holster that carries in it a 44 special edition hand gun. He has on black knee high service boots of tight flexible man made leather. Three straps nicely space apart from each other hold the boots in place to his calves. The ends of the straps extend past the three boot buckles about five to six inches. They are horizontal to each other. The boots are similar to the boots that George C. Scott’s wore in the opening scene of the movie Patton.

The captain has on his badge, name plate and his platinum medal.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

You get one chance. ‘You bullshit me and you go back down there for another ten minutes.

The lead perpetrator’s head is slumping. He looks up and looks into the captain’s eyes. Sergeant Lee and Detective Rom are on opposite sides of the perp holding him by the shoulders and his wrists.

New shot: The outside door of the interrogation room. The door swishes up and the Captain briskly walks out side of the room.

Lieutenant Jody Faust is standing in the viewing room. He is fully dressed in the same type of serviceman attire. He has on his X strap which holds a combat hand gun in both holsters.

LIEUTENANT FAUST:

So Sandrift is behind the hits.

You buy that?

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Seems plausible but I am not buying anything.

LIEUTENANT FAUST;

You should have let me conduct the interview. I might have gotten more details from him.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

‘And risk you snapping off and killing the guy? I don’t think so.

LIEUTENANT FAUST:

So what are we going to do next?

CAPTAIN FAUST:

They are sure we took eighteen trillion dollars worth of Platinum and Gold. Which we have. They want it back. Which they ain’t getting.

If we did give it back they’ve assured us that all will be forgiven. Which it won’t. So we’re going to sell the shit.

Not to the nefarious Cuz’ins mind you. As you’ve heard that was a set up. It’s got to be in the royal lair of the Eastern Front. As you know there are several groups that might be interested in precious metals.

LIEUTENANT FAUST:

Treachery on all sides cousin.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

No doubt. I need your help but I honestly believe that you are not as ready as I need you to be. You sit this one out.

LIEUTENANT FAUST:

You can’t be off now. You haven’t slept yet.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Right. I set off after breakfast.

LIEUTENANT FAUST:

I should be better by then.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

I’m trying to cut you a break Shorty. You’ll still be short of full regeneration.

LIEUTENANT FAUST:

Is it my call sir?

CAPTAIN FAUST:

No.

We can talk tomorrow.

New shot: In space. The Captain’s space station sits in the middle of the police ornament zone thirty eight (special).

New shot: The Captain’s bedroom aboard his roving space station. The Captain sleeps. Close up of his face as he lies on his stomach. Closer shot of his closed eyes they move from side to side because he is dreaming.

New shot: The Captain’s home on his planet Etire. The small planet he owns is liken to a miniature Earth. It lies in Orion on the outskirts of the galaxy. The Captain sits at the kitchen table within a very white tone house. All patterns and color schemes of the home have been designed by the famous interior designer Gumont. His coffee mug sits in front of him and behind him two giant structure glass windows that meet at 90 degrees angles and bolster part of the weight of the house. A lush field of grass waves away from the windows from the blowing wind. The grass is high and beautiful as it wiggles away from the house towards the black wrought iron security fence. Drones circle the entire property.

Helena, the Captain wife sits on the other side of the table. Her backdrop is a white wall that is both a support and barrier wall. On the wall there are four circular serving plates set into the wall as part of decor. From the left to right: Platinum Gold Silver and Etire. (E tear).

The tip of an open bottle of bourbon appears over the Captain’s coffee mug and the liquor pours into it.

New shot: Helena sits across from him seated without the bottle of booze.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

You know I am trying to quit Helena. Stop encouraging me to drink alcohol.

New shot; Helena sits across from him seated without any booze.

He picks up the mug and drinks from it.

New shot: A tall handsome man is embracing Helena around the waist. They are standing sideways to the Captain in front of Helena’s chair.

New shot: The top of the mug again with the tip of the bourbon bottle guzzling and overflowing the mug all over the table top.

Back to the shot of Helena with the man. The shot widens and now the kitchen is now bustling with several wives of the Captain. One dark skinned lady walks behind and past Helena and the handsome man as he begins groping her breast. Camera picks up on three other women roaming by the kitchen island…Quickly pan left to the double stack oven and there is a Hindu lady bending down to remove cookies from the lower oven. Quickly pan right and women are cleaning the living room. They are vacuuming and dusting.

New shot: (Disrupting last long shot.) Tight shot of Helena’s face as she yells.

HELENA FAUST:

What the fu’k you looking at?

Continue shot by zooming out. Helena turns her head back to the man who is groping her clothed ass now.

New shot: Shocking because they are now naked. Helena has a beautiful teen like body. Yes she is not young but she has perky pointy nipples which the guy caresses and beautiful white skin and proportionally wise hips and legs. Her black bush is slightly in view next to the guy’s erection which points to the ceiling.

New shot: The Captain groggily shakes out of sleep. He groans. Then he lays there.

Etire is a color shifting metal element discovered over eight hundred human years ago that is abundant throughout numerous galaxies. Although this is so it is highly expensive. More than twice the value of Gold. This is due to it being one of the new materials which has revolutionized civilizations. Light weight yet approximately ten times stronger than iron and its strengthened relative steel or aluminum and titanium. Most of the Captain vehicles are constructed from Etire or derivatives of the element. Lieutenant Faust’s GT500 Gertrude is of Etire.

Many outbreaks of violence both large and small have been fought over Etire. Things are more civil now. Etire is sold on the market.

Many tragedies came about from the discovery of Etire. One event is the origin of Cuz’ins ( cousins) which began right after the discovery of the element. Early on in human exploration and expansion into the dark void of space. A colony of frontiersmen landed on Cuzin and were subsequently abandoned for many years due to war over the element. Many battles of advancing and retreating left the settlement alone to depend upon themselves for decades. Unfortunately, many battles, many skirmishes, the failing universal economy and energy infractions caused the United Front to relinquish entitlement over to the Independent peoples of Cuzin. The destitute moon base of people which by the way has risen in number and eventually grew into a large stable hub for industrial enterprise was caught in a desperate situation of life or death. Mostly this and their dependence upon each other was the catalyst in open inbreeding. Hence other human beings jokingly referring to them as cousins.

The Captain dubbed his planet Etire after having it analyzed and finding high concentrations of the metal. He initially wanted to mine the planet but it’s beauty and Helena’s disapproval prompted him to set up house there.

As the Captain lays on his back in bed he says…

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Give it to me.

The sound of a fabric flap in the wind and a image appears above him parallel to the ceiling. It displays the time of 4:17 a.m. in bold numbers. The numbers shrink and go to the top right of the frame. Messages begin displaying.

THE PRESIDENT:

You know who this is. Call me back immediately no matter what time it is!

HELENA FAUST:

Hi babe. You didn’t call or answer my calls last night. I hope you are well. (A hint of sarcasm.) Call me.

JOHN DRYER:

Hello. This is John Dryer from Haggerty Chevrolet. Yes, your new Camaro in black panther has arrived today for pick up.

I have to say the cloaking of the panther is rather impressive. So is the installation fee. (Heh heh) We’ll see you at the dealership.

UNKNOWN CALLER:

You’re dead you motherfucker! Dead!

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Mark and trace.

UNKNOWN CALLER#2: (Robotic voice)

Hello Captain Faust. The time grows near when we shall meet and you shall find your demise. Not even your A-game will be able to prevent me from bathing in your blood.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Mark and trace.

—-The Captain stretches his right arm and yawns.

SABENE FAUST: (Hindu wife)

Nine wives! Where does this leave me? I’m pregnant stupid!

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Schedule a call mid morning.

MADELEINE FAUST:

Hi. You told me when we started this that you were married. So this call isn’t something for you to run away from. I’d do anything to keep you in my life. Even end our marriage. Legally. Is our marriage legal? Anyway. I know that you are under a lot of pressure so I won’t hold you or cause more pain.

I will be contacting a lawyer to dissolve our marriage. I think you can understand…I still love you. You’re my dear friend. My true love.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Schedule a call early this afternoon.

RESOURCE COUNSELOR DREW PUNCE:

We need to talk. Although you are augmenting and working through your upgrades you can not deny that you haven’t rid yourself of cancer. Your teeth are regenerating that’s clear. However test results reveal that you are a stone’s throw away from death. Your mouth disease and throat cancer must be addressed sternly within your mind. This will unlock your most valued potential and restore your ability to rid yourself of cancer and heal yourself. Do not rely on Omni-human resistance from upgrades alone.

I look forward to seeing you in my office. Where we can continue discussing your childhood.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Schedule an appointment for the day after tomorrow.

GREG:

This is your brother man. Call me.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Remind me to call my brother.

—-The Captain sits up turns his body and hangs his legs on the left side of the bed.

JOHN DRYER:

Haggerty Ford: Your Ford Focus Special Edition has been modified as requested and is ready for pickup.

Thank you. Bye.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Send a message to Mr. Garcia. Have him go through the norms of checking the work done on the vehicles and sentry check and records. Pay Chevy and Ford for both my Camaro and Millicent (Penny, the name of the Ford Focus S.E..).

Have him arrange transportation of Penny to my home on Etire.

‘And have the Camaro newly dubbed Cheryl dropped at “The Spot” in New Chicago.

Call Jody.

—-The Captain stands he wears boxers and a ‘dago T’ shirt. He slips on his house shoes and shuffles his way to the bathroom. The room is dark except for the small lights from various gadgets. As he approaches the bathroom the light easily rises. His foot bumps something and he jumps a bit. There is a whimper.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Balls!

I forgot about you. Don’t worry I’ll shit you in my garden and get you some food.

—-The Captain reaches down and rubs the puppy’s head and chin.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Come here.

—-The Captain grabs the dog around the collar pulls him closer and lifts him from behind the back of the puppy’s legs. The dog’s legs folds underneath him and his butt and tail are on the Captain’s forearm. The Captain stands and carries the puppy towards the sliding glass door that is to the right of his headboard. He opens the door which leads into his garden and places the dog outside the threshold. Captain Faust closes the door. He then walks around the left side of the queen size bed to his night stand and retrieves his Kool king cigarettes. Jody answers. His voice is throughout the room.

LIEUTENANT FAUST:

Yeah? (Groggy gravelly voiced.)

——The Captain lights his cigarette and inhales deeply.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

How are you feeling?

LIEUTENANT FAUST:

Okay.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Do you wanna make this trip?

LIEUTENANT FAUST:

I think it’s best for you if I did. Why? What time are you setting out?

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Now.

LIEUTENANT FAUST:

(Groan.) Shit!

I’ll suit up.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Yes. Lightly, you can change according to your desire once we reach New Chicago. The Dimension Placer will stay in escrow transit along with the cachet of metals. We’ll make our way into the Eastern front from ‘New Shy’ since it’s one of our strongest fronts. We’re going in fast and cloaked in my new black panther. Get Rom and Lee on board.

Out.

—-The Captain goes into the bathroom and closes the door.

New shot: The hand of the Captain holds a doggy bowl then kibble falls into it from a newly installed reservoir.

New shot/ tight crop: The Captain turns into shot and walks with shot following tightly not concerned with background as much as it’s subject. He reaches the glass sliding door as the shot widens. He opens the door and bends down.

New shot: The hand of the Captain places the bowl next to Ball’s water bowl.

New shot: In the garden. The Captain stands up and looks for the dog. The camera shot pans to the dogs roaming through the garden sniffing things. The camera pans back. At the very seconds that the Captain closes the glass sliding door.

New shot: (Five seconds of blackness) They are in one of the docking bays of Agatha ( The Captain’s roving space station.). Lieutenant Faust, Sergeant Lee and Detective Rom are standing opposite the Captain for details of the operation.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Faust. New Chicago. Nemesis and carrier and nearby party. Marauders near the Eastern Front.

——The four Command Essential officers receive feedback in their teeth.

FEEDBACK:

Coms are open Captain Faust.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

This is your Captain. The time has come for us to relieve ourselves of the precious metal burden.

As you all know, it is a rare case whenever you are not informed of all of our dealings. I depend on you as you depend upon me to direct you.

Those cheap mutha fuckas at Sandrift Mining thought that they had the upper hand during our dealings. They felt that they could renegotiate the terms of our agreement without even going to the table for a sit down. Fuck them!

All of you get a mil on this deal.

Guard us!

Anyone gets outta line or blatantly fucks with us I want you to FUCK THEM UP!

Captain out.

——The Captain gives a quick look at the three other Command Essential officers and walks towards them, through them, and out of their circle. He heads for the Ford Ranger. They look at each other then turn to follow.

New shot: The armored unmarked Ford Ranger courses through space. Artistic shot: Half of the Ranger which is army beige against the backdrop of black space and wizzing stars going by.

New shot: The front of the Ford Ranger cruising through space tight shot. The shot widens showing police vehicle after police vehicle escorting The Captain’s Ford Ranger. The shot continues widening and four police marked Dodge Challenger Selects are ahead of the Ranger.

The shot continues to widen and the Nemesis is behind and above the Ford Ranger. Even broader and the extreme war carrier Gloria bustles off to the right side of the Nemesis.

The Nemesis is the main stay of Command 6. The Captain official command station and secret code detail. The Nemesis is a modestly large tech and assault vessel. It is very sleek and resembles a stingray. It carries many tech variants for war and collaborative armaments. This includes Devastator.

Devastator is not one thing when it comes to weaponry. It is known as, ‘It is this. It is that weapon.” Quite often the first part of devastation is tech, which feeds on info-intel and collapses the system. Seemingly, the active go that gathered intel is then mirrored and forced back upon the object that is being attacked. Dimensions displacement is also a key factor in Devastator. However this can be used to displace an object to a dimension or several dimensions at once. Dimension displacement can be sent with Singularity. Stretching an object towards infinity. There are a multitude of variations which are categorically defined as Devastation.

The Nemesis is also saddled with Brain Scan. Another tech application which can scan both organic life forms and artificial intelligence and then manipulate them.

——The Captain’s and his entourage of ten break off from the group and head in towards the planet Tongueth. Home planet of New Chicago. They land in an auto fix-it shop the size of a strip mall. The shop is liken to a fort. The middle is an open landing zone that is covered by an elemental screen which is non permeable. The eleven cars hover above the screen and begin their descent. They land and are greeted by the shop men. Captain Faust and Lieutenant Jody Faust are whisked away into the auto shop. Sergeant Lee and Detective Rom Walk over to one of the Dodge Challenger Selects. Sargent Lee takes to the driver’s side of the vehicle and taps on the door’s glass and with his right-hand waves at the officer towards himself. The officer exits the vehicle. Lee who swings himself in and is standing in the open doorway about to enter the car looks over the top of the roof at Detective Rom who has his hand on the passenger door handle. The officer in the squad car’s passenger seat opens the door and gets out and Rom immediately slides inside of the car. Sergeant Lee gets in to the Challenger. They snap on their safety restraints.

SERGEANT LEE:

Here they come.

——Detective Rom looks ahead of them and sees the garage opening. Darkness turns to shadows which gives away to lightness that begins defining lines and shapes and those menacing ‘cat eyes’.

The panther slowly exits the garage as if on a prowl. It’ is black yet when the car is exposed to sunlight even darker spots show throughout the paint work. It jolts forward squealing its tires then the Captain stops it to a squeal. Then it ascends and vanishes before reaching the elemental screen.

SERGEANT LEE:

We’re going to wait here and time mach behind the Captain. So sit tight. All cars acknowledge yourselves in order.

BLUE BONNET ONE:

Blue bonnet one 10-4.

BLUE BONNET TWO:

Blue bonnet two 10-4.

BLUE BONNET THREE:

Blue bonnet three 10-4.

BLUE BONNET FOUR:

Blue…

New shot: From inside the automobile behind and down the middle of Captain Faust and Lieutenant Faust. They are bolting through space.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

It should be easier, our existence. All existence. Whoever created this life is fucked up. We are individuals yet we long to be connected to another. ‘And the way we exist. One side feeding on the other to go on. To continue to exist. In a mean spirited existence.

Sometimes this sickens me. I’m told often that I am weak because of my feelings. Even more so by admitting that I feel this way. All the while being a captain in this crazy armada.

LIEUTENANT FAUST:

Yeah man. You need to get your head together. Especially now with the shit that’s about to go down.

You’re not saying anything that everyone doesn’t know.

Just like that bouncing masked guru on the internet Brison. Putting shit on the web. Aggravating the police. Giving unsolicited advice. Throwing innuendo around about government conspiracy …to keep the masses enslaved. Stupid muda fucka! He’s most definitely on the man’s shit list.

Hopefully you won’t end up there too.

——The Captain grumbles.

CAPTAIN FAUST :

Shorty, I thought I was just having a heart to heart with my cousin.

LIEUTENANT FAUST :

Just make sure that you’re watching who you say that shit to. Keep your fucking guard up. We’ve got cloaked enemies. Cloaked just like this hot rod that we’re in. I got shot remember. They were going to whack my family.

Get yo’ shit together!

CAPTAIN FAUST :

Yeah…you’re right.

——pause.

Cheryl, call Shulty.

CHERYL:

One moment please…connecting….

SHULTY:

Christopher! Do you know what the fuck time it is?

CAPTAIN FAUST:

The time is now! If you want to make that deal. We do this now. Transact and done within thirty minutes from now. ‘And don’t tell me that you don’t have the funds at the ready. ‘Or else I am on to the next buyer. What’s your answer?

SHULTY:

Chris, I‘ll do twelve and get you the other eight later today our time.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Denied. You’ve had plenty of time to ready yourself for this transaction. Your loss buddy.

SHULTY:

No…wait!

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Catch me next time.

Out.

Cheryl call ( the Captain tries to enunciate the alien’s name.) Hinif! (The Captain gives up.)

Hen-if.

CHERYL:

Which line? ( line Helena…line#2 Haggerty …line#3 Hinif.)

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Number three.

CHERYL:

Connecting…Reached the planet Triton…connecting…

LIEUTENANT FAUST :

You should’ve taken the deal with Shulty. Me and you could’ve pocket that extra two trillion.

CAPTAIN FAUST :

‘And take double the risk of some fucking hacker making off with our money? No!

LIEUTENANT FAUST:

Most sophisticated hackers aren’t stupid enough to attempt decoding Capital Bank encryption.

HINIF:

I hope this call is private.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Secured.

I’m contacting you about that trove of metals we’ve discussed. Is that something that you would be interested in?

HINIF:

Most certainly. The price is agreeable as well.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

As we’ve discussed twenty trillion dollars, our currency, to be transferred via our Dimension Placer. This is prior to the Dimension Placer delivering the materials.

Do you follow me?

HINIF:

Absolutely.

CAPTAIN FAUST :

Do you have the coordinates for both…the money and the drop off point?

HINIF:

Yes. Shall I send them?

CAPTAIN FAUST:

No, not yet. I’ll have to put you on hold. One second please.

Sergeant Lee, Rom, we’re on. We’re going in past light speed into Time Mach. It’s going down! Be on our ass! Triton. Rally point H 21 outside the planet.

Hit it Cheryl!

——There is a quick ‘voomp’ sound.

New shot: The planet Triton. The planet is blue with hues of violet.

New shot: Same shot but from inside of Cheryl. (One would think after the first shot that you can’t see Cheryl because of the car being cloaked.) The camera shot is again behind the Captain and Lieutenant Faust.

The ten cars and the Ford Ranger pop into rally point H 21.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

We’re going in. Marauders standby. I have Hinif on hold listen in.

Hinif , sorry for the wait. We are here. Starting our descent.

HINIF:

Very good. Park on the drive. Walk around to the back. I’m on the patio.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Alright.

See you soon. Bye.

Lee, you and the bonnets wait on standby. Me and Shorty are at thirty thousand feet and descending. We will un-cloak before we reach Hinif’s guarded mansion. Nemesis follow but remain cloaked with Devastation on the ready. Carrier scan and have the fighters in their crafts circulating.

SERGEANT LEE:

Roger that. 10-4.

——The Camaro speeds along the treetops travels past the fenced court yard of Hinif’s mansion and land on the drive.

CHERYL: The Black Panther Camaro.

The Captain and Lieutenant exit the vehicle and are greeted by four armed guards.

New shot: The side of the car is displayed. The Camaro’s nose is pointed to the left. The Captain is in the foreground closes door. Jody stands on the passenger side as guards approach from very wide immaculate stairs of the front entry way. As all four guards approach one guard uses non verbal motions ordering the Captain and Lieutenant to relinquish their weapons.

LIEUTENANT FAUST:

Are you high?

Who is this guy?

——The Captain heads for the patio without concern of any guard’s request. Jody follows him. The guards follow closely. They follow the walkway to the side of the house. They continue towards the back. Rounding the corner the patio is decked out with lawn chairs two tables with umbrellas and chairs and a large pool at least fifty feet from the patio door. Hinif lays on the lawn chair smiling. He has on a big straw hat and sun glasses. He raises his fruity drink.

HINIF:

‘Ay!

CAPTAIN FAUST:

We’ll look at you. I should be so cool. You make me wanna get a pool.

——Hinif laughs as his guard’s position themselves around the area.

HINIF:

Jody.

LIEUTENANT FAUST:

Hinif.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Your friend here asked for our gun. Is he new?

——Hinif looks over to the guard.

HINIF:

You asked our friends for their guns?

Don’t do that. These are the police. My friends.

New shot: The guard with sunglasses gives a nervous nod to the Captain.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Let’s get on with this. You have the codes?

Yes.

——The Captain walks over to him and scans his stylus with his stylus. He then placed it into his belt holster.

The Captain clicks the button on his belt.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Frosty, the money, check it.

——Frosty sounds far away. He’s on Agatha the Captain’s roving space station back in police ornament 38 (special).

FROSTY:

On it Captain.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Hinif? Where’d you get this guy? What happened to Mavek?

HINIF:

His head in his ass…blown up. The security firm sent Arrivi here what about a week ago.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Is that right.

FROSTY:

We’re gold Captain.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Hinif, nice doing business with you.

——The Captain presses the belt button again.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Enjoy your Platinum and Gold.

(Pause.)

——The Captain looks at Arrivi.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Can’t draw your gun huh?

——Arrivi shakes to the point of hopping. Sweat pours from the top of his head down to the top of his trousers.

CAPTAIN FAUST:

Thanks for the info.
